We've thought about it, long and hard. We've also spent many, many hours playing the hell out of this game, so we know what San Andreas is like.
So, we say, in our opinion, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is the best GTA out on the PS2, if not best game.
Why?
The story. It is so compelling. It has probably one of the best story's out of all the PS2 games.
The Graphics. Now we're not jumping up and down and going crazy over the graphics, but they are fairly decent. For a PS2 game that is. We do however think that Rockstar could have added more detail to the charecters, and especially the weapons. Overall, the game has good graphics.
The gameplay. Now, we all know how dodgy game discs get after years of playing, but San Andreas is better. Way better. We've had it for at least 14 months, and nothing, we mean nothing has changed about it. Excellent. Thumbs up Rockstar.
The landscape. The environment to explore is huge. Massive. The graphics are pretty decent too. There are all together 3 cities, roughly 6-8 towns, a massive desert, and a hell of alot of countryside forestry.
So, that concludes out analysis of GTA: SA.
